Billing Team Leader / Manager – Tech Recruitment (EMEA)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Billing Team Leader / Manager to build and lead a high-performing Tech Recruitment desk focused on the EMEA market. This is a player-coach role, combining strong personal billings with team leadership and desk growth.

You will partner with senior technology stakeholders across Europe and the wider EMEA region, delivering top talent into areas including software engineering, AI, cloud, data, cyber security, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the growth strategy for the EMEA tech recruitment desk
• Build long-term relationships with senior technology leaders and hiring managers
• Win and deliver high-value permanent recruitment mandates across the tech market
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing recruitment consultants
• Drive team performance through KPI management, coaching, and leadership
• Maintain strong personal billings while leading from the front
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client partnerships
• Position the desk as a trusted talent partner within the technology sector

Requirements

• Proven success within technology recruitment, ideally across permanent hiring
• Strong track record of personal billings and business development
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience within a recruitment environment
• Strong understanding of the EMEA technology market and hiring landscape
• Ability to build and scale a successful recruitment desk
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to growth
• Desirable: existing network within the tech space and exposure to AI or emerging technologies
