The New York State Unified Court System, Office of Court Administration, Division of Human Resources is recruiting for one (1) position in the Analyst Series. The position will be filled in one of the following titles and will be dependent on the qualifications and experience of the applicant selected: Senior Court Analyst or Court Analyst.
This position will be working with and providing administrative support to the Division of Human Resources Director, Deputy Director and Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and formatting documents.
- Operating Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to perform data entry.
- Manage employee records, and generate reports,
- Manage and track ADA leave requests in accordance with applicable policies and regulations,
- Assisting with ongoing review and updating of HR policies, procedures, and forms.
- Overseeing special projects assigned throughout the Division of Human Resources, as well as various other administrative duties that support HR initiatives.
- Occasional travel required.
Qualifications:
Senior Court Analyst: One year in the Court Analyst title; or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of relevant experience; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Base Salary: $76,112
Court Analyst: One year in the Assistant Court Analyst title; or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Base Salary: $64,971
