Financial Controller

Financial Controller responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and leading month-end and year-end close processes. Requirements - Proven experience as a Financial Controller or senior finance role - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices - Experience with financial management systems and accounting software - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Demonstrated ability to prepare budgets, forecasts, and detailed financial reports - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree is an advantage
