The Operations Support Specialist provides clerical and administrative support to department managers while assisting with daily operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administrative Support
- Create, distribute, and close customer service tickets daily.
- Maintain and distribute departmental information and updates.
- Communicate with supervisors and managers regarding operational or dispatch issues.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports as directed by management.
- Use software tools to track and manage tasks such as:
- Time and attendance
- Safety incidents
- Contract labor tracking
- Assist with operational projects and initiatives.
- Communicate with customers regarding service issues when needed.
- Coordinate scheduling and work assignments with employees.
- Participate in company-sponsored training programs.
- Stay current on job-related technology and operational tools.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
