Job Description
We are seeking applicants for a Clinical Research Recruitment Coordinator (CRRC). The CRRC position is integral to the research conducted at Adams Clinical. As a member of our outreach team, the successful applicant will work directly with treatment seeking populations identifying, educating, and recruiting participants in our clinical trials. To that end, CRRCs are responsible for interviewing potential research participants over the phone and facilitating their first visits to our site. CRRCs will also recruit study participants by placing outbound texts and emails daily.
- Recruit study participants via short telephone interviews; make outbound phone calls to achieve appointment scheduling goal
- Oversee and provide quality participant engagement and recruitment services that allow study teams to meet subject enrollment goals
- Promote Adams Clinical to build relationships with potential study participants to ensure retention
- Work independently and with colleagues in the research department to develop and manage recruitment resources
- Ensure the timely input and accuracy of information entered into our database of clinical study participants
- Monitor study funnels from lead acquisition to randomization and identify potential process improvements
- Review feedback from clinicians and clinical research coordinators and suggest improvements to screening process and marketing approach
- Train, mentor, and support CRCs who are contributing to recruitment
- Assist with other sales, marketing, and outreach efforts as needed
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college
- Great interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills - Salesforce experience is a plus
