This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer based in Dubai. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and adhere to high-quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising ongoing site work, coordinating with the project team, ensuring safety protocols, conducting quality checks, and ensuring compliance with structural and civil engineering standards. Communication with stakeholders to address site challenges and provide regular progress updates will be an essential part of the role.

• Experience in on-site supervision, project management, and monitoring construction activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in quality control processes to ensure construction quality and adherence to standards.
• Expertise in structural engineering and civil engineering principles and practices.
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining safety standards on-site.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
