Your Mission
The Site Acquisition Manager is responsible for identifying, securing, and progressing strategic locations for the deployment of BYD’s Flash Charging network within the assigned country or cluster, with a primary focus on greenfield site development and the acquisition or retrofit of existing EV charging locations.

- Engineering and deployment teams
- Finance and operations
- External partners and stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience in site acquisition, real estate development, infrastructure expansion, or EV charging deployment.
- Strong experience in greenfield infrastructure development and/or acquisition of operational infrastructure assets.
- Experience evaluating or developing EV charging sites is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience negotiating with landowners, municipalities, utilities, infrastructure owners, or commercial real estate stakeholders.
- Understanding of permitting processes, grid connection constraints, and infrastructure redevelopment.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to balance rapid expansion and long-term asset value
- Comfortable operating within standardized commercial and contractual frameworks
- Ability to operate autonomously within a fast-moving matrix organization.
- Fluency in English and local language(s)
- Willingness to travel within the assigned country or cluster
