Job Responsibilities
- Process warranty claims and paperwork in a timely manner for each manufacturer
- Reconcile warranty receivables with payments and post on computer
- Handle rejected claims according to dealership or manufacturer specifications and follow up on outstanding claims
- Maintains a high level of knowledge for all Toyota and related manufacturer warranty coverage, campaigns, TSB's, and product concerns.
- Answer phones and greet service customers in a pleasant and professional manner
- Act as backup to Service Advisor as needed.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
