Part of the Interparfums group founded in 1982, Interparfums USA develops, manufactures and distributes prestige fragrances as the exclusive worldwide licensee for Abercrombie & Fitch, Anna Sui, David Beckham, DKNY, Donna Karan, Graff, GUESS, Hollister, MCM, Nautica, Oscar de la Renta, Roberto Cavalli, Salvatore Ferragamo and Ungaro. Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Intern to support key HR initiatives, employee engagement efforts, and day-to-day HR operations. This role offers hands-on experience in project coordination and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced corporate environment.
This summer internship is from May 2026 through August 2026, and is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company intranet and community board, including posting forms, event updates, and internal resources
- Support the planning and execution of HR-led initiatives and employee engagement events, such as holiday celebrations and onboarding seminars
- Provide support for HR-related content published externally to enhance Talent Acquisition & employer branding efforts
- Assist with Learning & Development (L&D), including coordinating trainings, tracking participation, and updating learning materials
- Support ongoing HR projects, tracking tasks and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team
- Assist with additional HR initiatives and special projects as assigned
Education/Experience:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Eagerness to learn with a positive, “can-do” attitude
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
