Talent Pool - Fullstack Developer

Location: Remote in Latam Job Type: Full-Time Employee or Contractor Contract Type:Full-time Colombian Labor Contract or Contractor Please note: Fluent English (B2+) is required for seamless communication with international teams. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features. - Develop and consume APIs to ensure smooth integration between services. - Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement processes. Technical Requirements - +4 year of strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript. - Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js). - Proficiency in at least one back-end language (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or C#). - Knowledge of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or non-relational (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices. - Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus. General Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Fluent English (B2+), both written and spoken. - Proactive, professional, and collaborative communication skills. - Experience working in Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban. - Ability to work remotely with reliable internet connection and proper equipment.
