Responsibilities
- Provide on-site after-sales service, maintenance, and troubleshooting for CNC machine tools.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults based on electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and PLC ladder diagrams.
- Perform signal point checking, fault tracing, precision recovery, and machine leveling.
- Independently handle common faults of major CNC systems such as FANUC, Mitsubishi, and Siemens.
- Conduct equipment calibration and restore machining accuracy to required standards.
- Assist in PLC-related troubleshooting and communication issues between control system components.
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide timely service reports.
Qualifications
- At lease a Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine tool maintenance.
- Proficient in reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting electrical control circuits.
- Solid hands-on experience with at least one major PLC platform (e.g., Siemens S7, Mitsubishi FX/Q, Omron CJ/CP, etc.).
- Familiarity with CNC systems (Fanuc, Siemens, or similar) and their integration with PLCs.
- Skilled in checking signal points, recovering machine precision, and leveling machines.
- Willingness to take business trips
