Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Al Rai, Kuwait. This is primarily an outdoor field sales role that requires regular client visits, site meetings, and business development activities across Kuwait.
The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, conducting client visits, providing tailored product recommendations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Salesperson will also coordinate with the production team to ensure timely project delivery and maintain awareness of market trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience including prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work in an outdoor field sales environment and conduct regular client visits
- Valid driving license is preferred; candidates without one must be willing to obtain it
- Knowledge of signage materials and industry trends is an advantage
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the production team to meet client expectations
- Strong time management, organization, and deadline management skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Previous experience in signage, advertising, printing, or related industries is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
