an**Entry Level Office Administrator**to our team. This role will be
onsite at our Buffalo Grove, IL office.
Position Purpose
The primary purpose of this position is to oversee day-to-day office
activities. This includes but is not limited to answering incoming calls
to MNJs main phone, greeting visitors and escorting them through the
building, and performing general administrative support to the
accounting and finance departments.

Position Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and transfer calls to appropriate department
- Greet office visitors and notify the appropriate person.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and
- Order office and kitchen supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Receive, sort and deliver incoming mail. Process postage and send
- Clean and organize kitchen before leaving each day. This includes
dishwasher, turning off lights in kitchen, etc.
- Mail out AP checks with appropriate documents on a daily basis.
- Reconcile vendor invoices on a weekly basis, but no less than
- Complete New Vendor Set-Up requests.
- Assist in uploading, tracking, and maintaining Customer Sales
- Assist Accounting with projects as needed including Cash
- Assist with different departmental projects on an as needed basis.
- Support the marketing team with all internal events.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of office experience.
- Must be comfortable and efficient using computer systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must have pleasant demeanor when greeting guests and responding to

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with vendors, customers,
