The Role: Clinical Associate This role focuses on supporting digital health solutions, empowering members, and driving better health outcomes. You will collaborate with clinical teams and coaches to ensure high-quality care, innovation, and exceptional service delivery across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities - Educate and support coaches on health indicators and chronic condition monitoring - Serve as a key contact for coaches and members, ensuring engagement and motivation - Monitor onboarding and usage of digital health platforms, including coaching, education, and telehealth - Track member engagement, flag challenges, and support continuous quality improvement - Assist in developing health education content, workshops, and materials - Coordinate rosters, performance reviews, and data reporting processes About You - 2+ years experience in healthcare, public health, or digital health - Strong communication and organizational skills - Data-driven, solutions-oriented, and adaptable - Empathetic, collaborative, and committed to service excellence - Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
