Compensation: ¥8,000,000 OTE

¥4,800,000 starting base salary + up to ¥3,200,000 in commission annually, plus incentives, full social insurance, transportation, 401k, paid annual leave, bonus, and more, flexible start time (7:30AM ~ 9:00 AM), 1 day per week Work-From-Home option

As a Career Advisor (Candidate Coordinator), you will become a trusted advisor to IT professionals, guiding them through career decisions, matching them with high-impact roles, and supporting them throughout the hiring process. You will work closely with our Sales team to deliver fast, high-quality placements for top global and Japanese clients. If you enjoy consulting, influencing outcomes, closing deals, and seeing the direct results of your work, this role offers both immediate impact and exceptional long-term growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Meet, register, and professionally qualify assigned IT candidates
• Act as a career advisor, identifying best-fit roles and long-term career opportunities
• Match candidates to client requirements and guide them through interviews and offers
• Maintain proactive, high-touch follow-ups to ensure speed and quality
• Partner closely with the Sales team to deliver timely and accurate placements
• Manage and grow a large portfolio of active candidates
• Ensure outstanding candidate experience and long-term engagement
• Drive results through disciplined pipeline and relationship management

Note: You are not responsible for sourcing IT candidate. New IT candidates will be provided to you by our Marketing & Recruitment Teams. Your focus is consultation, matching, execution, and results.

What We’re Looking For

• Must have 4+ years of experience in coordination, recruitment, staffing, or sales
• Must be bilingual in Japanese and English
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail with excellent time management
• Results-oriented mindset with comfort working toward performance goals
• A natural sales and consulting mindset, you enjoy closing and winning
• Must currently reside in Japan with valid working visa
