Job Overview
The Senior Manager, Campaign Management oversees the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and production workflows across the enterprise. This role suits a highly organized, results-driven project management leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and balances hands-on execution with team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
The Senior Manager manages multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring operational excellence and strong alignment across creative, marketing, production, digital, and media teams. This role plays a critical part in translating business priorities into clear, actionable plans and delivering work that drives brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue.
What You Will Do
Campaign & Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end project and campaign execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality standards, and alignment with business objectives and marketing goals. Oversee production workflows and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives. Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks to maintain speed to market.
- Coach and support a high-performing team of managers and specialists. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, problem-solving, and innovation. Partner on resource planning and workload management to optimize team efficiency and performance.
- Partner closely with internal teams (marketing, creative, production) and external vendors to align on goals, deliverables, and timelines. Ensure clear, consistent communication across all phases of each project.
- Manage multiple project calendars and schedules while identifying and implementing best practices to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Track project milestones and campaign performance. Deliver clear progress updates and actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders. Provide recommendations informed by project outcomes and relevant industry trends.
- Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
- In addition to the essential duties mentioned above, other duties may be assigned.
Team Leadership & Development: Demonstrated experience coaching and developing high-performing managers and specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement in matrixed environments.
Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong capability to partner effectively with marketing, creative, production, digital, media teams, and external vendors to align on goals, deliverables, and timelines with clear, consistent communication.
Workflow & Process Optimization: Expertise in managing complex project calendars and production workflows, with a track record of identifying and implementing best practices that streamline operations and improve efficiency at scale.
Omnichannel Marketing Execution: Deep knowledge of omnichannel campaign delivery, including paid media, email, in-store, digital, and social, with the ability to translate business priorities into integrated, executable plans.
Reporting & Performance Insights: Proven skill in tracking project milestones and campaign performance, delivering executive-ready updates, insights, and recommendations informed by data, outcomes, and industry trends.
MarTech & Project Management Platforms: Experience working with marketing technology and project management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront, DAMs) and leveraging performance analytics to drive execution and accountability.
Strategic & Tactical Leadership: Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels, applying strong judgment, organization, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
Who You Are
- Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply.
- 7-plus years of progressive experience in campaign management, marketing operations or related disciplines.
- Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision.
- Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
