Staybridge Suites Anaheim at the Park now hiring a General Manager(Captain) for the 126 all-suite property. As the property's Captain, you're the driving force behind everything — steering financial performance, inspiring a winning culture, and ensuring every guest leaves wanting to return. You lead from the front, set the standard, and guide your team to deliver excellence every single day.

Your guests enjoy suites offer full kitchen, a daily complimentary breakfast buffet and an evening social hour three nights a week. In the hub of excitement, Staybridge Suites Anaheim is within walking distance of Disneyland and Downtown Disney and Angel Stadium and the Honda Center are just a short drive.

key responsibilities

Leadership & Culture

• Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration


• Develop and mentor department leaders to uphold the hotel's standards and values


• Communicate company goals and align property operations with strategic initiatives

Financial & Operational Oversight

• Achieve financial targets including revenue, profitability, and expense management


• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and monthly financial reviews with Corporate Accounting


• Ensure brand compliance, safety, and operational excellence across all departments


• Utilize M3, Hotel Effectiveness, and brand systems to monitor and optimize performance

Guest & Owner Relations

• Ensure all guests receive exceptional experiences aligned with brand standards


• Handle escalated guest feedback promptly and professionally


• Maintain open, professional communication with ownership and corporate leadership

qualifications & requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hotel management experience, including 2 years as General Manager or equivalent


• Proven record of achieving financial and guest satisfaction goals


• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills


• Experience with Hilton, Marriott, IHG, or Choice brand systems and tools including Quore, Hotel Effectiveness, and M3


• Full-time position requiring flexible availability, including weekends and holidays


• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or business administration preferred


• Active property presence required, including regular walkthroughs and guest interaction


• Professional appearance and adherence to company standards
