Aggressive Recruitment Specialist for VC-funded fintech scaleup

As a Recruitment Specialist for our VC-funded fintech scaleup, you will own the full talent acquisition cycle and operate as a true growth driver for the company.

You will identify, attract, and close the top 0.1% of talent while continuously optimizing and systemizing how we recruit. You think like a builder, act like a salesperson, and execute like a founder.

What You’ll Do 📈

• Own end-to-end recruitment across commercial, product, tech, and operations roles.
• Proactively source and engage top-tier candidates using creative and data-driven methods.
• Design and optimize scalable recruitment processes with a systems mindset.
• Integrate agentic flows and automation into sourcing, screening, and candidate nurturing.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent strategy and market insights.
• Build strong talent pipelines before the need formally arises.
• Run high-conviction screening conversations that assess skill, ambition, and cultural alignment.
• Continuously test new channels, tools, and outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to drive performance improvements.

What We’re Looking For 🎯

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and/or high-performance sales.
• Natural sales instinct with strong closing capabilities.
• Relentless motivation to identify and attract the top 0.1% of talent.
• Systems thinker who sees recruitment as an engine to be built and optimized.
• A good understanding of how agentic flows and automation can elevate recruitment processes.
• High energy, even higher ownership, and a hustle mentality.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced VC-backed scaleup environment.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
