Ad Sales Account Manager - Global Tech
This is not a standard account management role.
We’re looking for a commercially driven digital advertising professional who understands how data, measurement, and media strategy come together to drive growth for major global brands.
You’ll join a high-performing environment where you’ll work directly with sophisticated advertisers, influence revenue strategy, optimise complex campaigns, and partner with cross-functional teams at scale.
What’s on offer:
- €96,000 salary
- Hybrid working model in Dublin - Onsite 3 days per week
- Contract will run until the end of October 2026

The ideal profile:
- Strong background in Google Ads, digital advertising, media sales, adtech, or performance marketing
- Deep understanding of data measurement, incrementality, GA4, and advertising analytics
- Experience managing enterprise or large-scale client relationships
- Commercially sharp with strong consultative selling skills
- Able to turn customer objectives into measurable campaign outcomes
- Comfortable using data to influence strategy, performance, and investment decisions
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of high-value advertising accounts
- Identifying revenue and growth opportunities across customer portfolios
- Delivering strategic recommendations backed by campaign and market analysis
- Driving campaign optimisation and performance improvements against KPIs
- Partnering with specialists, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute at scale
