Jr. Product Engineer

We are seeking a junior engineer for the summer with the intention of adding to our team for the long term once their apprenticeship is complete.

At Wayfarer Vans, the Engineer is our hands-on Tinkerer—focused on the day-to-day details that turn good ideas into great builds. This role exists on the shop floor, in the data, and inside the process—refining how we build so every van is consistent, efficient, and worthy of a lifetime of adventure. They are responsible for improving what exists today—cutting cleaner, building smarter, and solving problems as they arise.

Wayfarer Vans also provides ample PTO, and health insurance - covering 100% of each employee, 50% of spouses or significant others, and 50% of dependents - profit-sharing (upwards of $8,000 annually), family leave time, and the ability to borrow a company camper van.
