📍 South Florida

PRIMETONE and Emprime Solutions are seeking a motivated and hands-on Operations Supervisor to support and oversee our growing South Florida multifamily operations.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in property services, janitorial operations, staffing coordination, unit turnovers, client relations, and day-to-day field supervision within apartment communities.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, solutions-oriented, professional, and capable of helping us continue expanding our presence throughout the South Florida market.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee daily field operations across multifamily communities
• Manage janitorial teams, porters, unit turnover crews, and miscellaneous service operations
• Conduct property walks, inspections, and quality control reviews
• Coordinate staffing schedules and coverage
• Maintain strong communication with property management teams and clients
• Ensure professionalism, responsiveness, and service standards are consistently met
• Assist with onboarding and training field employees
• Help identify operational growth opportunities within existing and new accounts
• Support business development and relationship-building efforts within the multifamily industry
• Assist with emergency operational needs when required

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily operations, janitorial management, hospitality, facilities, or property services
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and properties simultaneously
• Professional appearance and leadership presence
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Experience managing field employees and operations preferred
• Sales or client relationship experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation required

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $60,000 annually
