What You'll Be Doing
- Design diverse print and digital assets, including catalogs, flyers, and emails, to drive sales and lead generation.
- Strategically engage customers across all journey stages.
- Ensure timely, accurate delivery while collaborating with peers and stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic advisor to deliver fresh, brand-aligned design solutions.
- Manage image collections from processing to multi-format application.
- Balance production-heavy and artistic projects across 80,000+ products and various industries.
- Oversee supplier relationships, including printers and photographers.
- Uphold brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency and voice.
- BA/BS in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years agency or in-house design experience
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat); Dreamweaver is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong layout, typography, and creative problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities under pressure
- Commitment to staying current on industrial product design trends
- Deep understanding of the graphic production process
- Experience with project management software and agile/iterative workflows
- Knowledge of digital asset and library management is a plus
- Portfolio required; must be willing to complete a sample project if a finalist
