We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to support reporting, data organization, and operational analysis in a fast-paced distribution environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills who wants to grow their career in business operations and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain large datasets related to inventory, sales, and financial reporting
• Build and improve reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Analyze inventory, COGS, and FIFO data
• Ensure accurate customer coding and data classification
• Support reporting deadlines and compliance requirements
• Identify discrepancies, clean data, and improve reporting accuracy
• Assist with process improvements and reporting efficiency

Requirements

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas required)
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with large datasets and repetitive analysis
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Exposure to inventory or financial reporting (COGS, FIFO, etc.)
• Interest in commercial operations and distribution business models
