Job Description
This role is responsible for organizing tasks, supporting meeting agendas and follow-up actions, maintaining documentation, and helping the team stay aligned on priorities and deadlines. The Strategic Project Coordinator partners closely with team members and leaders to support operational efficiency and help drive completion of team objectives.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Commercial Strategy and Operations, the Strategic Project Coordinator will:
- Coordinate meetings, meeting agendas, action items, and follow-up activities
- Support the organization and maintenance of team trackers, files, and documentation
- Facilitate team communication and help ensure timely sharing of information
- Assist with project meeting scheduling, calendar management, and logistics coordination
- Track requests, deliverables, and deadlines to support progress against priorities
- Liaise with leaders to plan team building activities
- Prepare routine reports, updates, and meeting notes as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and team workflow
- Develop, prepare, and update PowerPoint presentations, meeting decks, and support materials for team and leadership use
- Assist AVP with expense reporting and limited travel and calendar support
- Support special projects and coordination efforts as assigned
- Bachelors degree required.
- 2-3 years of experience as Coordinator, assisting teams, ideally working in project management tools, is preferred.
- Self-starter who proactively seeks solutions to ensure positive outcomes and timely deliverables
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works independently with minimal supervision
- Team player who can support ad hoc requests and collaborate cross-functionally with various departments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt as needed
- Ability to work effectively with team members across different functions
