Business Analyst (₱60K - ₱100K | Hybrid | FREE AI Certification)

You own the architectural blueprint for GoTeam’s internal efficiency, acting as the primary bridge between our 60-person AI team, core software development, and legacy systems. This is an autonomous "Architect of Efficiency" role where you translate complex operational gaps into scalable, AI-enhanced processes, personally ensuring every project moves from documentation to successful go-live deployment.

This is not a passive support role. You operate within a high-speed, AI-driven environment where your "Process Instinct" drives continuous improvement. Best suited for seasoned analysts who thrive on Agile delivery, value lean methodology (Six Sigma/Lean), and prefer driving enterprise-wide change over maintaining the status quo.

YOU’RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within a large Captive Shared Service, Consulting firm, or high-growth mid-sized company (500–1,500 headcount).
• Hands-on responsibility for mapping current operations (SIPOC, Value Stream) and designing future-state processes using Six Sigma DMAIC or Kaizen.
• Technical proficiency in facilitating Agile sprints, estimating work, and creating real-time dashboards for operational compliance.
• Experience in AI/System Integration, specifically embedding automated agents or software enhancements to optimize human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Structural Commitment: Willingness to work a Day Shift (7:00 AM–4:00 PM PHT) with a Hybrid schedule in Cebu City.

STRONG SIGNALS

• Background in Engineering or CPA-turned-Process Auditor/Compliance professional.
• Formal certification in Six Sigma (Yellow/Green/Black Belt), Lean, or Agile SDLC.
• Proven track record of navigating "growth pains" in maturing organizations.

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Execution & Project Leadership

You own the project heartbeat—facilitating Agile sprints and removing roadblocks to ensure change actually happens.

• Estimate work effort and build the process assets needed for deployment.
• Align stakeholders across Ops, AI, and Dev teams to maintain project velocity.
• Lead testing phases and ensure successful go-live transitions for new internal tools.

Process Analysis & System Integration

You own the "Efficiency Engine"—mapping out how data and people move to eliminate waste.

• Map end-to-end current and future-state workflows to identify gaps and duplicates.
• Recommend software enhancements and embed AI agents to optimize existing tasks.
• Create and maintain real-time dashboards to track Six Sigma-compliant operations.

Incremental Roadmap & Scaling

You own the evolution of the ecosystem—defining how we move from MVP to a self-healing enterprise.

• Define the evolution from Version 1.0 to 2.0, stabilizing Dev/AI handoffs.
• Operationalize AI-enhanced processes to ensure they are scalable and reliable.
• Design predictive workflow ecosystems that scale enterprise-wide.
