Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: Tampa, Florida (Hybrid- must be located in the Tampa area)

Clarify is experiencing remarkable growth as we continuously expand and enhance our solutions for global enterprise clients. In line with our growth, we are seeking to expand our Sales Development Team.
We are looking for individuals who can accelerate value and deliver client sales transformation by building a quality, reliable sales pipeline bringing insight to the customer and challenging their thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including online research, cold calling, email outreach, and social media
- Prospect Outreach: Initiate contact with potential leads to introduce our products/services, understand their needs, and set up meetings with the client Account Manager
- Qualifications: Evaluate cold and warm leads to determine their level of interest, budget, and readiness to engage in the sales process. Ensure leads meet established criteria before passing them to the sales team.
- Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate client's value proposition to potential customers
- Metric and Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, including calls, emails, outreach, and meetings booked
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry and market trends
- Training and Development: Continuously improve your product knowledge, sales skills, and understanding of our target market through training and professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a sales-related field is preferred but not required
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication / organizational skills
- Previous experience in tech sales is a bonus
