Warehouse Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
• Meets warehouse financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
• Supervise and assist in daily warehouse and shipping areas including: Filling and shipping customer orders, satisfying internal shipping requirements (technical service, vendors, etc.), ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area or personnel, filling work orders from production, packaging assemblies and receiving into finished goods, ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
• Interpreting company policies to workers and enforcing safety regulations.
• Organizes and maintains warehouse and inventory yard areas for efficient material storage and handling, including labeling, stocking and organizing stock items on shelving.
• Supervise move inventory to various locations manually and by operating mechanical equipment, including trolley, forklift, pallet jack, and side loader.
• Interface with internal customers to answer questions or solve problems.
• Maintain items record, document necessary information.
• Operate tools, equipment, and machinery according to prescribed safety procedures.
• Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties including lifting, climbing, etc.
• Maintains Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) files in an up-to-date status, and distributes individual sheets on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor Degree logistics, supply chain management or business administration. or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouses and inventory
• Ability to work with multicultural workforce.
• Ability to use MS Outlook for correspondence.
• Must have a good communication skills in English Language.
• Previous basic knowledge in warehouses management and packing is required
• Preferred ERP, Oracle Experience
• Preferred Oil & Gas Experience
• Knowledge in ESP equipment’s or its equivalent parts is an advantage.
