Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET technologies, hands-on development experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This role involves building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications while contributing to technical design and best practices.

This is a Chennai-based role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments and actively participate in sprint activities
• Maintain proper documentation for development and processes

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in .NET development
• Strong expertise in .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET
• Proficiency in C#, Web APIs, and Microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of SQL Server and database design
• Experience with RESTful services and API integrations
• Good knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular or React
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker
• Understanding of secure coding practices

Relevant Experience Preferred

• Experience in IT/ITES organizations delivering enterprise-grade applications
• Exposure to large-scale application development projects
• Experience working in client-facing roles or distributed teams

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
