VP of Global Public Relations & Corporate Affairs
Overview

In this strategic and dynamic role, you will shape and execute the company’s external narrative, elevating its reputation, visibility, and stakeholder trust across global markets. As a key member of the leadership team, you will partner closely with senior executives to craft compelling messaging and oversee external outreach initiatives that reinforce the company’s position as a technology leader and market innovator.
Required Skills
- 20+ years of experience in external or corporate communications, including at least five in a leadership role within a publicly traded multi-billion-dollar company or top-tier agency.
- Proven success managing global media relations, executive visibility, analyst relations, and crisis communications.
- Deep understanding of digital infrastructure, data center, or IT ecosystems and industry trends.
- Exceptional storytelling, messaging, and writing skills with executive-level polish.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing agencies, budgets, and global teams.
- Disciplined judgment and discretion, particularly in crisis and sensitive situations.
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience working with private equity-backed and publicly traded technology companies.
- Familiarity with social media strategy and execution across global platforms.
- Background in regulatory environments and media dynamics in international markets.
- Prior exposure to investor relations and analyst engagement.
- Crisis management experience involving geopolitical or market-sensitive events.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Over 20 years of relevant experience, with leadership in global corporate communications at a major tech or data center enterprise.
