YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You own the end-to-end post-booking experience, defining the vision for the Rental Hub as the central orchestrator across all rental phases — preparation, check-in, pickup, on-rent, and return
- You translate complex rental processes into simple, guided flows, building a state-driven experience that dynamically adapts to customer context and proactively eliminates friction
- You personalize the journey and integrate revenue opportunities by leveraging customer intent, behavior, and contextual signals to deliver relevant upsell moments and tailored recommendations
- You harness data, AI tools, and automation — using platforms like Claude or Google Gemini to prototype ideas, iterate on concepts, and accelerate discovery while optimizing through experimentation
- You align cross-functional teams and domains — collaborating across Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and Customer Service to deliver cohesive end-to-end outcomes
- You define and drive key performance metrics such as contacts per rental, incremental revenue from upsell, and customer satisfaction (NPS/SES), using insights to continuously improve
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience You bring several years of product management experience in customer journeys, travel, mobility, or e-commerce with a proven track record of owning end-to-end digital products
- Customer & UX Mindset You have a strong intuition for journey design and simplify complex processes into clear, guided self-service flows customers love
- Data & Execution You are highly data-driven and experimentation-oriented, comfortable defining KPIs, translating insights into decisions, and driving ownership from discovery to delivery
- Modern Product Approach You use AI tools like Claude or Google Gemini pragmatically to boost productivity and explore customer-facing opportunities with focus on real impact
- Collaboration & Leadership You excel at stakeholder management across business and tech, aligning multiple domains into a cohesive product vision and communicating with influence at all levels
- Mentality & Problem Solving You bring a hands-on, can-do attitude—resourceful, curious, and energized by building products that drive conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction
