Our client is looking for a Sr. Influencer Marketing Manager to work an on-going, fully remote assignment. Note that while this role remote, there is a possibility that it could convert to a full-time position, which would require candidates to be onsite in Stamford, CT.
Job Description:
Senior role within brand marketing focused on influencer and creator strategy, execution, and performance. Requires 8 to 10 years of experience building and managing full funnel programs. Partners with agencies on talent sourcing, execution, and performance tracking. Drives brand storytelling and performance content for paid social, including whitelisting and dark ads. Works cross functionally to align programs with business goals and translate audience insights into effective content.
Responsibilities:
Strategy and Oversight
- Support development and execution of influencer strategies aligned to funnel goals
- Partner with agency on timelines, reviews, and campaign launches
Program and Budget Management
- Help manage large scale programs from concept to execution
- Support creator identification and evaluation for brand fit and representation
- Review and approve rates and track budgets
- Review briefs and content for quality and accuracy
Cross Functional and Vendor Management
- Coordinate approvals with Brand, Legal, and other teams
- Collaborate with Social, Product, and Media teams
- Support vendor management with opportunity for ownership
Measurement and Reporting
- Track campaign performance and ensure alignment with goals
- Turn data into insights and optimization recommendations
- Monitor live content and ensure proper tracking
- Stay current on platform updates and trends
Qualifications
- 8 to 10 plus years of influencer marketing experience, including managing team members
- Experience in large scale B2C organizations such as telecom, tech, ecommerce, or subscriptions
- Strong knowledge of contracts, FTC guidelines, and usage rights
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with tools such as Sprout, CreatorIQ, GRIN, or Aspire
- Growth mindset and ability to adapt in complex environments
