Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative position for a consumer finance company in the Odessa area.

Pay: $20 per hour

Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts | Two schedule options available:

• Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Type: Direct Hire | In-Office

What You Will Do

Handle a high volume of inbound calls (approximately 75 per day) from customers with questions about their credit accounts. Make outbound calls to new customers to verify application information. Accurately document customer interactions, process account updates, and maintain organized records. Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish to resolve billing questions, send account documents, and support customers through the life of their account. Escalate issues to the Customer Service Manager when needed and contribute to the overall flow of the team as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
• Prior call center experience (required)
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong phone presence and active listening skills
• Comfortable working in a compliance-guided environment with established procedures
• Able to multi-task, stay organized, and manage time independently
