Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end product renewal and retention strategies for a dedicated portfolio of non-ICP clients.
• Design and execute massive renewal campaigns and educational webinars to keep clients engaged with Talenta's ecosystem.
• Provide high-touch engagement for accounts within your portfolio to ensure they are well-nurtured and realize the full value of the product.
• Work closely with internal teams to create marketing initiatives that boost renewal rates and product stickiness.
• Continually gather insights from your client base and provide actionable input to the product team to improve the roadmap.
• Identify accounts that become "not potential" or show high churn risk and coordinate a seamless hand-over to the Account Management team.
• Handle all administrative duties including renewal emails, quotations, invoices, and weekly performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from any major.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, or related roles in a SaaS/Tech company.
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools like Microsoft and G Suite.
• Comfortable and confident speaking to mid-level and senior executives.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills to manage client health.
• Able to multitask and demonstrate good time management when handling a large portfolio.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Continuously updated with current business trends and SaaS industry developments.
• Able to work effectively under pressure to meet renewal targets.
