Job Summary
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for improving the product development process by gathering user insights and translating them into actionable requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success and positive user experiences.
Responsibilities
Acts as the second subject matter expert of the product.
Support the development of a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
Gather and analyze user feedback, conduct market research, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and prioritize product features.
Assist cross-functional teams in crafting solutions to user needs.
Clearly communicate user requirements and facilitate brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions.
Partner with engineers to write clear, concise, and user-focused product requirements and user stories, while ensuring requirements accurately reflect user needs and expectations.
Document product functionality and effectively communicate it to users and stakeholders.
Develop clear and user-friendly documentation that helps users understand product features and benefits.
Actively participate in all stages of the agile development process.
Attend backlog grooming sessions, sprint planning meetings, and daily stand-ups to provide user-centric insights and support the development team.
Collaborate with the QA team to define clear quality standards for the product and monitor performance throughout development.
Identify potential issues and work with the team to ensure a high-quality user experience.
Gather and analyze user feedback throughout the product lifecycle.
Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify areas for improvement and iterate on product features.
Education
Perform other responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
Minimum bachelor's degree with minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
