You act as the ultimate Charlotte Tilbury ambassador by leading and engaging your team with the unique Tilbury vision. You are a dynamic and inspirational General Manager who is a true coach that helps develop the team to achieve all sales and operational targets. PEOPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
People management is the most important part of your role, you set up your team members for success and build a true tilbury community in your respective stores
- Driving sales success through motivation of the team to hit daily and monthly KPI targets
- People planning; ongoing talent management and succession planning of the team. Dealing with workplace conflict and other HR management processes
- Identify the training needs of the team in collaboration with the Area Trainer and provide feedback about advancement in opportunity areas
- Drive and build your business KPI performance to achieve market leading results and maintain #1 ranking and #1 growth
- Ensure the best customer experience is being delivered; even when you're not around by embedding the magic service methodology
- Build brand awareness by creating lasting emotional connections with customers
- Think limitlessly with your plan for the calendar year with consideration for New Product Launches, and activity/market impacts from the previous year of trade
- Ensuring brand compliance with policies and procedures
- Management on stock levels (sales, audits and counts) analysing all information available to provide proactive counsel to the Area Manager on stock lines
- Promoting and ensuring flawless visual merchandising and grooming standards on a daily basis
- At least 10 years of increasingly responsible work experience in a combination of Marketing and/or Sales function, and over this period has successfully delivered on meaningful metrics, especially top line and bottom-line results
- Natural creative, innovative in finding ways, grit, tenacity, and willingness to make things work
- Consistent track record of success (leading & participating) with matrix organizations and projects that involve multi-disciplinary teams
- Has demonstrated success in ambitious business situations, i.e. new business model, turn-around, sustaining high growth
- A strong level of business and commercial acumen, particularly in omnichannel retail and distribution, and a deep understanding of the business' local market and consumer behaviour
- An outstanding communicator who can interact with internally and externally with brand owners, management and colleagues
- Excellent networking skills and the ability to make partnerships happen
