Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets for the Matrix motorcycle battery product line
  • Lead cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, production, and R&D to align efforts and maximize performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, dealers, suppliers, and customers
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and mitigate risks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in general management or senior leadership roles within the automotive or battery industry
  • Proven track record in managing product lines and driving business growth
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the motorcycle battery market and related technologies
  • Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
  • Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams across functions
  • Willingness to travel as required to support business objectives
