The Role
We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our Client Services team. In this role, you'll support account leads in managing day-to-day client relationships across our med-tech, healthcare, and wellness-lifestyle portfolios. You'll be the connective tissue between clients and our internal creative, strategy, and digital teams—keeping projects on track, communication tight, and clients confident.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their agency career who is curious about healthcare marketing, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and eager to grow into a strategic account partner.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a support day-to-day contact for assigned clients, managing communications and building trust across multiple accounts
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and internal workflows in collaboration with creative, strategy, copy, and digital teams
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, call recaps, status reports, project briefs, and SOW documentation
- Support regulatory and compliance review processes for healthcare clients, including MLR submission coordination and claims tracking
- Maintain organized project files, asset libraries, and approval records in agency PM tool (ClickUp) and collaboration tools
- Monitor budgets and track hours against scope; flag variances proactively to account leads
- Assist in developing presentations, proposals, and new business materials for prospective healthcare clients
- Stay current on client industries to bring relevant context to client conversations
- Participate in internal and client strategy and creative reviews, offering a client-perspective lens on work in progress
- 1–3 years of experience in an agency, marketing, or healthcare communications environment
- Genuine interest in healthcare, medical technology, or wellness—you don't need to be a clinician, but you should care about the space
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to write clear, professional client-facing documents without heavy editing
- Exceptionally organized with a talent for managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and catching details others miss
- Collaborative by nature—comfortable working across disciplines and elevating the team around you
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, or similar) and basic proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Comfort operating in regulated environments is a plus
- A low ego, high-ownership mindset: you take accountability, ask smart questions, and follow through
