Who We Need

Love keeping things on track? We’re looking for a proactive operator with great communication skills to take the lead in managing LTL shipments and making sure every delivery hits the mark.

What You'll Do:

- Monitor and track LTL shipments using the Turvo system - Ensure timely and accurate updates within the Turvo platform - Coordinate with airlines, CFS facilities, and trucking partners to ensure smooth shipment movement - Provide operational support to maintain efficient LTL processes - Proactively follow up on pending shipments and resolve any delivery or documentation issues What You Need:

- Prior experience in Less-than-Truckload (LTL) operations or freight forwarding - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy - Problem-solving skills and the ability to act quickly under pressure - Familiarity with shipment tracking systems, preferably Turvo - Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment - A customer-focused mindset with a sense of accountability and initiative - C1-level English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills - Willingness to work on a night shift schedule Why Expedock
