Job Title: Associate Product Manager Location: Barcelona


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the product and services data ecosystem, enabling them to leverage existing capabilities and define new requirements for future experiences. This role requires balancing strategy, governance, and implementation of data-related initiatives while facilitating conversations among various stakeholders, including executives, engineers, analysts, product teams, and external customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Deeply understand the product and services data ecosystem to leverage existing capabilities and define new requirements.

  • Balance strategy, governance, and implementation of data initiatives, facilitating discussions among impacted stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with CRM, product, and service teams to define data and functional requirements for personalized customer experiences across all communication touchpoints.

  • Apply knowledge of AI and ML to define data products, schemas, and models that automate scalable customer experiences.

  • Translate large data initiative requirements into smaller, agile-based stories for incremental delivery, allocating resources effectively for each initiative.

  • Define a roadmap outlining data requirements for new feature development, incorporating customer and business needs.

  • Immerse yourself in customer feedback and sentiment data to understand the customer experience and map out data personas and consumer profiles.


Mandatory Skills:

  • Expertise in data science, data manipulation, visualization, and predictive analysis.

  • Strong foundation in analytics and metrics, including the development of data schemas.

  • Experience in segmentation and targeting strategies across a multichannel ecosystem.

  • Understanding of current data and privacy policies and their impact on customer engagement strategies.

  • Working knowledge and experience with semantic and knowledge graph technologies.

  • Strong organizational skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while working on various projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of general marketing functions through education or work experience.

  • Excellent management and communication skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Analytics Certification.


Qualifications:

  • Data Science or Engineering Degree.

  • MBA or business degree is desired.

  • 10+ years of total experience with a focus on data product marketing/management.
