We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative with a proven track record in laboratory sales, specifically within the wellness space, to join our remote team. Position Summary: As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by expanding our client base within the wellness sector, focusing on SUD/MH providers and medical establishments . The ideal candidate will have an existing book of business, a deep understanding of the wellness and behavioral health market, and a passion for helping providers enhance their service offerings through innovative laboratory solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target new business opportunities within the wellness and behavioral health sector. - Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospective customers to expand our footprint in the wellness industry. - Leverage your current book of business to generate immediate revenue growth and expand market share. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets. - Provide consultative sales support to clients, helping them understand the benefits of our laboratory services and how they can enhance their patient care. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging wellness practices to effectively position our services. - Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. - Attend industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to build relationships and promote our brand. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or Sales Representative in the laboratory services industry, with a focus on wellness and behavioral health - Existing book of business within the wellness space is required. - Strong knowledge of behavioral health and wellness diagnostics and the needs of providers. - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment. - Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
