Key Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize the founder’s calendar. - Maintain and update CRM systems accurately. - Prepare meeting briefs and supporting materials. - Coordinate and execute client onboarding processes. - Build and improve workflows, templates, and SOPs. - Track leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity. - Support daily administrative and operational tasks. - Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have): - 4+ years experience in Executive Assistant, Operations, or Administrative roles. - Experience supporting founders or senior leadership. - Strong calendar management and prioritization skills. - Hands-on experience with CRM systems. - Experience working in remote environments. - Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):- Experience in fast-paced, founder-led or startup environments. - Background in operations or process improvement. - Familiarity with workflow automation tools. - Experience handling client onboarding processes.
