Product Development Manager

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for turning ideas into successful products? We are looking for a Product Development Manager to lead the end-to-end development processfrom idea generation and market research to product launch and lifecycle management.

Position: PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Level: Managerial/Supervisory Role

Salary Range: 35-40k

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be a holder of Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or any related technical field.
• Alternative qualified degrees include Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, or Tourism Management with significant work experience and knowledge of transactional platforms for a travel agency.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in technology or digital commerce space with a core development knowledge (Frontend, Backend, or Full Stack).
• Direct experience with travel technology (GDS integrations such as Amadeus/Sabre, Hotel APIs, or any related Payment Gateways) is a great advantage.
• Relevant certifications are an advantage for data-driven roadmap and AI-enhanced travel flows. (e.g. Agile/Scrum, Analytics, Technical Practitioner)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new travel products, positioning, and pricing aligned with market research and business goals while improving the existing ones.
• Willing to coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations team to ensure product success.
• Align customer travel preferences, design modifications, marketing, and operations teams to ensure balanced timelines and budgets.
• Oversee the product lifestyle from the design to with consideration of risk management using structured methodologies.
• Lead go-to-market initiatives, track KPIs, analyze feedback, and manage product enhancements.
