Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor located in Cleveland Heights, OH. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the maintenance team, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and repairs are completed efficiently. Responsibilities include managing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues, supervising maintenance staff, and coordinating vendor relationships. The role also involves ensuring the property and its amenities meet both safety and quality standards for residents.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and delegation
• Experience with Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or additional trade-related training is a plus)
• Previous experience in property maintenance or facilities management is preferred
• HVAC certified
