Your Role
You will report in to the Technical Project Manager, and will develop the planning matrices and scheduling systems for the Vehicle Test Team.
Your Tasks
- Assist the team in developing and maintaining a project management system to capture all ongoing and planned projects
- Support in the preparation, planning and coordination of test activities
- Assist with tracking overall tasks within the Vehicle team and the corresponding test deliverables
- Coordinate with other colleagues and stakeholders to ensure smooth procedural running
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of project and task timelines
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering or another STEM-related field
- Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently is essential
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken (all daily activities are conducted in English)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and contribute as needed by the team in a collaborative environment
- Programming experience is beneficial but not essential
