We’re Hiring: Key Account Manager – On Trade (HoReCa)

At IndoBevs, we are strengthening our on-trade presence and are looking for a high-calibre Key Account Manager to drive strategic partnerships and premium brand growth across key HoReCa accounts.
This role is ideal for professionals who bring strong industry networks, commercial acumen, and a proven track record in the alco-beverage space.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and distribution across key on-trade accounts (hotels, restaurants, bars, cafés)
- Identify, acquire, and scale high-value premium outlets
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers (owners, bar managers, purchase heads)
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize visibility and sales
- Lead on-ground activations, promotions, and brand-building initiatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and supply
Candidate Profile
- Mandatory: Prior experience in the AlcoBev industry (on-trade / HoReCa sales)
- 3–6 years of experience in key accounts / on-trade sales
- Strong network within the HoReCa ecosystem
- Proven ability to drive business growth and close high-value partnerships
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and execution skills
- Highly driven, entrepreneurial, and outcome-focused
