At Standard of Implementation, we specialize in delivering high-impact business solutions across event management, education, marketing, and logistics sectors. We are looking for an Account Manager with strong coordination, client management, and commercial capabilities to support both business development and event operations.

This role combines sales responsibilities with operational execution, making it ideal for someone who can manage client relationships while ensuring excellent project delivery.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Account Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions
  • Prepare event proposals, quotations, scopes of work, and presentations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align solutions with client objectives
  • Support negotiations and closing of commercial agreements
  • Maintain account follow-ups and ensure high client satisfaction

Operations & Event Management

  • Coordinate and execute events from concept to completion
  • Translate client briefs into actionable operational plans
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, logistics, and vendor coordination
  • Support onsite event execution and operational supervision
  • Coordinate branding, production, catering, AV, and venue requirements
  • Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and suppliers
  • Prepare post-event reports and evaluations
  • Maintain operational quality and adherence to company standards


Qualifications

  • Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field
  • From 1 - 3 years of experience in account management, event management, sales, or client servicing
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation preparation
  • Experience in proposal development and client-facing communication is preferred
