Our Hilliard–Columbus office is seeking a friendly and dependable Adminstrative Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level administrative position ideal for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys helping others and providing excellent customer service. This position would be Monday-Friday with daytime hours.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
· Provide accurate information and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
· Assist with basic administrative tasks
· Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and team members
· Support office operations as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
· Positive, professional attitude with a customer-first mindset
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to promote and deliver excellent customer service
· Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
· Comfortable working in an office environment
· No prior experience required — training provided
