Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform necessary tasks required for Service and aftermarket PSSR’s
- Perform necessary tasks required for maintaining national account emails
- Promote positive and professional relationships with all company personnel and between the service departments
- Maintain PMA contracts
- Assist centralized warranty group with customer/ vendor trackers and startup documents
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Must obtain High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Prefer bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking and writing skills
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Know company policies and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Must have ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Must have working knowledge of the above titled position and how it relates to the overall business and its’ objectives
- Must meet goals and objectives set forth by company
- Must conform to company policy and procedures
- Must be dependable and be able to work independently
- Must promote and maintain a clean, neat and safe work environment
- Must have the ability to effectively operate various types of office equipment (telephone system, copier, printer, fax etc.)
- Must be attentive to detail and accuracy
