What You'll Do
- Process sales orders, send acknowledgements, manage stock bookings
- Deliver brilliant customer service & build strong relationships
- Log and close customer complaints/non‑conformances
- Support field sales with CRM admin, meeting prep & follow-up
- Provide admin support across HR, IT coordination & finance tasks
- Confident on the phone and great with customers
- Highly organised, positive, and solutions‑focused
- Strong with Word, Excel, Outlook
- Works closely with the sales team to remove friction and boost productivity
- 2+ years customer service experience
- B2B experience
- A‑Level calibre (or equivalent)
- Sales support experience
- Logistics/despatch knowledge
- ERP sales order processing experience
- £30,000 - £33,000 Basic
- KPI Related bonus with a realistic OTE of £36,000
- 40 hour working week 8am - 4:30pm
