Payroll Administrator

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to independently solve issues
• Effective communication, both written and verbal, and a focus on providing excellent customer service is required
• Quick Learner with aptitude for various systems and processes
• This role may also include the support of special projects and other responsibilities where the team member may identify, participate in, and/or lead unique tasks or assignments
• Deadline driven with the ability to multi-task and prioritize as requirements change
• SAP Experience

This Payroll administrator position requires successful management of multiple, simultaneous assignments, and tasks managing priorities and various deadlines. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Account Reconciliations oversight for various processes, Union Deferrals, Equity Grant support, W2c’s creation and Approval, Team Metrics, Resolving tier 3 employee and business unit questions, Year-end tasks, and Weekend pay-calc rotation

Desired Skills

• 5+ years payroll processing and payroll tax experience
• CPP certification
• Peoplesoft experience

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
